Also, if there`s something specific you`re looking for and you do not see it online, contact me. Often times, I will have additional items that have not been listed yet on the site or I can work with you to place a special order. I always welcome custom orders and made 2 match requests.
To help ensure you that I offer top quality merchandise - I, the store owner, Jaime Gilliland personally inspects every item in the store many times before it`s listed for your purchase. I do my very best to ensure there are no product defects. However, sometimes one may slip through with a flaw, so please contact me immediately. When determining the suitability of an item to be listed, I decide if it would make my little ones look their very best!
Shipping for orders over $100 is always free! I ship within the United States and to Canada. All orders are shipped via USPS standard mail. Average shipping time within the United States is 3-5 days, unless you would like a faster delivery time. I do my best to ship all orders within 72 hours of order receipt & payment, unless it is a custom order or if it has to be made to order. If a custom order, I will quote you a timely manner to allow your product to be made and shiped. If you would like tracking or insurance, please contact me prior to purchase and I will invoice you, as these are optional to keep your shipping as cheap as possible.
For that reason, it`s critical that you notify me of any changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. You will be notified by email when I receive your order and again to provide you a shipping email. All items that are in stock will ship from my site within 72 hours after purchase. You will be contacted via email when your item has been shipped. You will also receive an email in the event that your item is out of stock. Some items may be shipped separately.
*Simply Sweet Creations is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Simply Sweet Creations is not responsible for items damaged, broken, delayed, or lost. In the event your item is lost, damaged, or broken, it must be taken up with the carrier. You may request shipping insurance for additional fee, please contact me to receive an invoice.
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fee`s associated with the delivery and will not be entitled to a refund for the item or delivery charges.
Simply Sweet Creations is located in Missouri. Sales tax is 6.725% and charged if the shipping address is in Missouri.
Returns and Exchanges:
I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchases and encourage you to contact me before placing your order with any questions you may have. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchases, I offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for store credit. All custom made items are non-returnable/non-refundable. I will be happy to accept your returned package up to 5 days from package receipt. Returns and exchanges credits will be given on merchandise still in new, unused condition and/or be in original packaging, and have all tags attached if they were sent new and in original shaped received. Handmade, Customized, Personalized, Clearance and Sale merchandise are not returnable. Once I receive your return, I will issue store credit within 3 business days. I will send a notification email to the email address on file at the time the purchase was made, once the store credit has been processed. All returns will be issued store credit minus the shipping costs, if you received Free Shipping, our shipping & handling costs will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that it is suggested to insure your package and get a tracking number when returning merchandise.
Simply Sweet Creations is not responsible for the cost incurred to return the item and must be approved by contacting me prior to shipment.
